However silly it sounds, that my first entry ever. I'm a bit scared to write, because I was always concerned what others are going to think about me, would they accept me, will I be liked? However now, things are changing, slowly in the turtle's pace but changing, and I no longer care that much. Are at least I wish not to care anymore.
I'll be writing about different things that bother me, make me happy or sad. At first I need to apologise in advance, because English is not my first language and I'm slightly dyslectic in addition, so if reading my stuff becomes unbearable.. well tough.
The photo above shows a piece of art made by Dran, who is a french alternative artist, check his website for more: http://retroactif.free.fr/dran/. I want to share it because his way of showing things reminds me of my childhood a bit. I was a weird kid, never talked much and spent a lot of time in my imaginary world, Dran actually draw some pieces of this world. My imaginary world was colourful, and so much prettier than my everyday life, I knew it was not a true place, but was the only shelter I knew at this times. My home was dysfunctional but I don't want to get too much into details, anyway, all of my anger and sadness was transported into this world so I was a calm kid, otherwise I'd probably hurt somebody badly by now.
Dran's works are witty, with a sense of humour and sometimes bitter-sweet reality bit, but definitely worth browsing thorough. Great imagination and intelligence make Dran so original and one in a kind. I'm a great fan, and hope you'll guys check him out!
